Executive Leadership Team resignation

Synlait Milk Limited (Synlait) advises that Robert Stowell , Chief Supply Chain & Technology Officer, has resigned.

CEO Richard Wyeth acknowledged Robert’s longstanding contribution to Synlait. Robert was one of Synlait’s first employees and has held several executive roles during his tenure, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Commercial Officer.

“Robert has played a pivotal role in Synlait’s history, holding a variety of leadership positions. Most recently, he led the successful major recapitalisation of the business and the sale of the company’s North Island assets. On behalf of Synlait, we thank Robert for his contribution and wish him all the best for the future,” Mr Wyeth said.

Robert is leaving Synlait to pursue a new opportunity and will depart the business in July 2026.
