How do I buy and sell shares?
You will need to talk to a stockbroker to buy or sell our shares. A full list of New Zealand and Australian stockbrokers and other information about buying or selling shares on NZX or ASX can be found on the NZX website and ASX website. Trading of our shares can occur every day the NZX and ASX are open for trading.
If you are a resident outside of New Zealand or Australia and want to buy Synlait shares please note that our shares can generally only be purchased through an Australasian stockbroker. However, you can contact your local stockbroker to see if they have a relationship with an Austalasian stockbroker.
Your stockbroker or independent financial advisor will be able to provide you with advice about trading our shares, including details of pricing expectations.
How often does Synlait report its results and when will this occur?
Synlait’s balance date is 31 July. We report six-monthly, with an annual result expected to be announced in September of each year, and an interim result expected to be announced in March of each year.

What is Synlait’s dividend policy?
Synlait has a formal dividend policy which states that the Directors do not intend to declare any dividends in the periods ending 31 July 2017. The policy provides that the Board will regularly review Synlait’s dividend policy to determine if payments of dividends are appropriate within a financial period.
